Mindfulness in Schools
As a trained mindfulness teacher with Mindful Schools I deliver their recognized and successful mindfulness curriculum for schools. I will come to your school and bring mindfulness to your class (for students aged 7-12). Children will learn powerful techniques to improve focus, calm their mind, build inner resilience, self-regulate and grow wholehearted attitudes like self-compassion, empathy and gratitude.
In my courses and workshops the participants learn how to cultivate mindfulness to increase well-being and bring more balance and joy into their professional and private life. They learn strategies for stress management, self-regulation, better self-care and self-compassion.
